Brook Seminars Presents Active Isolated Stretching Seminar To Sports Chiropractors of The New York Finger Lakes Region, January 21, 2009

Long Island, NY, January 21, 2009 — Brook Seminars, continuing education for health and fitness professionals, today announced that Marjorie Brook will be presenting Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) to sports chiropractors, student interns, and coaches from throughout the New York Finger Lakes region.

Scheduled for January 24, 2009, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the Seneca Falls Country Club, the Seminar will be comprised of 20% lecture, 80% hands-on work and will cover the proper stretching techniques that are specific to create freedom of the spine and pelvis.

“We’re thrilled to have Marjorie teach this seminar, and I am excited to have the opportunity to finally find out what this technique is all about,” said Russ Ebbets, DC, Associate Professor Technique Department, New York Chiropractic College.

AIS is a scientifically designed flexibility & strengthening system that works with the body to create and maintain balance. AIS is utilized by doctors, therapists, athletes, and everyday people to improve the body’s potential to heal and enhance performance. By utilizing AIS, individuals are less susceptible to injury and feel better overall.

Doctors, coaches, and students can register for this event at the door, on the day of the event or via email at the-red-mile@hotmail.com. Seminar Fee: Students $69, Doctors or Coaches $99.

“It is an amazing opportunity to present new techniques to students and established practitioners alike because AIS has proven to be a valuable adjunct to sports chiropractic,” said Marjorie Brook, President, Brook Seminars.
